Meet Susan Mayo,

Head of Motion Management Pilates

Susan Mayo is the owner and primary teacher at Motion Management Pilates. She is a Bridge graduate of The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado, as well as a Pilates Center Host Advisor, coaching freshman Pilate’s Teachers in the Pilates Method. Susan is currently enrolled in the Post Graduate program at The Pilates Center and is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher. Susan holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science from California University of Pennsylvania and will graduate in December, 2023 from the University of Florida with a Master’s Degree in Applied Kinesiology.  Susan also happily owns  Blue Sage Pilates in Bradenton, Florida as well as Motion Management. She lives in St. Petersburg with her family, where she has been teaching and practicing Pilates for over 13 years.
