Susan Mayo

Founder / CEO

Susan Mayo is the owner and primary teacher at Motion Management Pilates. She is a Bridge graduate of The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado, as well as a Pilates Center Host Advisor, coaching freshman Pilate’s Teachers in the Pilates Method. Susan is currently enrolled in the Master’s program at The Pilates Center and is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher through the certification branch of The Pilates Method Alliance. Susan holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science from California University of Pennsylvania and will graduate from the University of Florida with a Master’s Degree in Applied Kineseology in 2022. She lives St. Petersburg with her family, where she has been teaching and practicing Pilates for over 12 years.
